NOTICE – PLEASE REMEMBER THAT UNLESS YOU HAVE SIGNED A SUMMER EXTENSION LEASE, YOU MUST HAVE VACATED YOUR UNIT AT COLLEGEWOOD NO LATER THAN MAY 31, 2012 AT 5PM. PLEASE BRING YOUR KEYS TO THE OFFICE AT 525 W. MORRIS BLVD, SUITE F, MORRISTOWN, TN OR DROP THEM OFF IN THE DROP-OFF BOX AT COLLEGEWOOD. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE KEYS WITH YOUR NAME AND ROOM NUMBER. REMEMBER WE WILL CHARGE YOU $50 PER UN RETURNED KEY!
NOTICE – As the Spring semester comes to an end, some of you May be thinking about taking summer classes and staying at Collegewood. If you plan on doing so, please contact the office at 423-581-1238 no later than May 4, 2012.
REMEMBER!!!! KEEP THE COMPLEX CLEAN! Deposit your trash in the trash bins. One of them is conveniently located at the entrance of the walk-way to Walter State. The other one is at the end of the parking lot. REMEMBER, Collegewood has a no tolerance policy for trash. Violators who litter will be fined.
PARKING – Starting on Friday September 2, 2011, A-PLUS TOWING SERVICE will be removing all vehicles without proper parking permits. The cost of towing is $100 per vehicle with an additional $30 per day of storage. IF YOUR VEHICLE IS TOWED, CALL A-PLUS TOWING AT (423) 585-5515. DO NOT CALL JONATHAN OR CHRISTIAN IF YOUR VEHICLE HAS BEEN TOWED. If you have not purchased your parking pass, please call the CWA office at (423) 581-1238 to make arrangements to purchase your parking pass.
