As we approach the end of another school term, we would like to notify you of some changes. Each tenant is responsible for contacting our office to schedule a walk through of their bedrooms/apartments prior to moving out at the end of the semester. Each tenant will be required to sign off on the walk through forms with either or maintenance supervisor or our property manager. Failure to do so will result in a hold up of you security deposit refunds. Please call our office manager, Shannon Pearson with any questions or concerns you may have.
A REMINDER THAT THE LAST RENT PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON MAY 1, 2014. PLEASE MAKE YOUR PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY IF IT HAS NOT BEEN DONE. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RETURN IN AUGUST 2014 IF MONEY IS OWED TO COLLEGEWOOD.
KEEP THE COMPLEX CLEAN! Deposit your trash in the trash bins. One of them is conveniently located at the entrance of the walk-way to Walter State. The other one is at the end of the parking lot. REMEMBER, Collegewood has a NO TOLERANCE policy for trash. VIOLATERS WHO LITTER WILL BE FINED!!!!!!! WE HAVE KEPT RECORDS OF THE GARBAGE PILE UPS THIS SCHOOL TERMS AND THE FINES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM SECURITY DEPOSITS.
PARKING – A-PLUS TOWING SERVICE will be removing all vehicles without proper parking permits. The cost of towing is $100 per vehicle with an additional $30 per day of storage. IF YOUR VEHICLE IS TOWED, CALL A-PLUS TOWING AT (423) 585-5515. DO NOT CALL THE OFFICE IF YOUR VEHICLE HAS BEEN TOWED. If you have not received your parking pass, please call the CWA office at (423) 581-1238 to make arrangements to pick up your parking pass.
