Welcome Students
Thank you for choosing Collegewood Apartments for your housing needs for the 2023-2024 school year. The 2023 Fall Semester is August 12, 2023 – December 31, 2023 and the 2024 Spring Semester is January 1, 2024 – May 12, 2024.
*This may vary depending on your team sport.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Each apartment has four (4) bedrooms and four (4) full bathrooms so each student has their own private bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, we offer a shared bedroom option in the larger apartments of Building Four.

Fully Furnished
The apartments are fully furnished with all utilities included: electric, water, sewer, basic cable TV, and WiFi internet. Each apartment has a password for their WiFi internet.
*No router is needed.

Necessities
Each student will need to bring linens for their bed – Full/Regular Size in single occupancy bedrooms and Twin Extra Long in double occupancy bedrooms. You will also need towels, a shower curtain, garbage cans, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, etc. for the kitchen and television for the living room and/or bedroom.

Appliances
Each apartment has a washer and dryer, electric range, range hood, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Students are permitted to bring a mini-refrigerator for their bedroom.
Payment
You may choose to pay online at our website with ACH debit, or credit/debit cards. A fee is charged for this service. We also offer ACH debit free of charge through our bank. The only forms of payment accepted in person will be cash, check or money order.
2023-2024 School Year Rental Information
Student rental rates for the 2023-2024 school year is as follows:
Buildings Two and Three Single Occupancy Only
$3,530 per semester, per bedroom
Collegewood Apartments offers three payment options: (1) $3,530 on or before August 12th and January 1st ACH, Cash, Check, Rent Payment App on our website, or Money Order accepted; (2) $1,855 on or before August 1st, October 1st, January 1st, and March 1st ACH, Cash, Check, Rent Payment App on our website, or Money Order accepted; (3) $927.50 on or before August 1st, September 1st, October 1st, November 1st, January 1st, February 1st, March 1st, and April 1st ACH, Cash, Check, Rent Payment App on our website, or Money Order accepted. Students are permitted to move in on or after August 12th and must vacate on or before May 12th.
Building Four
Double Occupancy Only
$1,950 per semester, per bedroom
*Two students will occupy each bedroom
Collegewood Apartments offers three payment options: (1) $1,950 on or before August 12th and January 1st ACH, Cash, Check, Rent Payment App on our website, or Money Order accepted; (2) $1,025 on or before August 1st, October 1st, January 1st, and March 1st ACH, Cash, Check, Rent Payment App on our website, or Money Order accepted; (3) $512.50 on or before August 1st, September 1st, October 1st, November 1st, January 1st, February 1st, March 1st, and April 1st ACH, Cash, Check, Rent Payment app on our website, or Money Order accepted. Students are permitted to move in on or after August 12th and must vacate on or before May 12th.
Application Fee and Security Deposit Required
Each student is required to complete an application, pay a $40 application fee, and pay a security deposit.
The single occupancy security deposit is $525 per student – $200 is a non-refundable cleaning fee and $325 is refundable provided the apartment and bedroom is left in good condition, normal wear and tear accepted.
The double occupancy security deposit is $375 per student – $200 is a non-refundable cleaning fee and $175 is refundable provided the apartment and bedroom is left in good condition, normal wear and tear accepted.
Application fee and security deposit must be paid prior to move in. Forms of payment accepted for application fee and security deposit by Collegewood Apartments are ACH, Cash, Check, Pay Online, or Money Order.
